"I attended decades ago at night. It was challenging. Grades were earned not given. I was exposed out of class to some of the best trial lawyers in Houston. I passed the Texas Bar on my first try with a numerical score of 81. Thereafter I started my career as a JAG in the Marine Corps followed by 5 years as a drug prosecutor with the US Dept. of Justice. 45 years of successful practice make me proud and appreciative of the education I received there. Do not expect to work for a large law firm when you graduate. But, if you are a self starter with some talent, I can't think of a better place to get a legal education."
"I cannot thank this school enough for the wonderful education it gave me. This school is truly committed to seeing its students practice ready, and ready to successfully take the bar. I couldn't recommend the school more for anyone in the Houston area thinking about a career in law."
"I loved this school as a student and still love this school as an Alum, however if the name is going change then I think we at least deserve a mascot too. I've submitted my proposal in the comment section below. It's super cool and poses a psychological advantage over our opponents. Imagine being defeated in mock trial by an Awesome Blossom...they'll never recover from that. Never. Viva la Awesome Blossoms!"
